Meet Natalie, who worked in a large corporate and is now working for a smaller local business. Natalie is a mum who returned to work after a previous career in corporate marketing and decided to move to a more all encompassing marketing and customer engagement manager role at a smaller local business.
Meet Greg, who is 64 and has had a varied career, including Medical Microbiologist, Management Accountant, Software Developer, and Head of ICT in secondary schools. Greg recently retrained in Data Analysis and is now working as a Data Analyst at the NHS.
Meet Rachel, who was the Director of Development at Birmingham Museums Trust and is now freelancing as a Business Planning Consultant and volunteering as a charity Trustee.
Meet Graham, who was a partner in a private equity business for 23 years, and is now a charity trustee + explorer of many paths. Hear about his journey from leaving his old career behind, feeling lost about his next career steps, joining Brave Starts, and discovering that the right jobs will find you when you're going in the right direction.
Meet Andrew, who had an illustrious career in International Development, working for Oxfam, UNICEF and Save the Children in several African countries. After joining Brave Starts, Andrew attended one of our workshops, which led him to explore the option of franchising. He is now running his own travel franchise!
