Workshop 5: Maintaining Focus & Resilience

6:00 pm
-
8:00 pm
Zoom

There is no doubt about it – the process of figuring out what to do next in a market which is broken, where there is little/zero blueprint and a lack of role models, makes the process of morphing from one thing to another difficult and challenging.

Many feel, as they start to explore new areas, that they get consumed with doubt and concern. This workshop aims to help you maintain focus and resilience so you'll feel more at ease at a time likely to be causing anxiety and worry.

It's a place to discuss:

  • Self limiting beliefs
  • Building acceptance around uncertainty
  • How humans build their resilience
  • Strategies which can help

You’ll be working mainly in small groups, so you’ll be encouraged to interact and share.

This session will NOT be recorded and all discussion will be regarded as confidential.
