Citizens Advice are one of the UK’s largest charities. They exist to help people navigate difficult situations, know their rights, and get the support they’re entitled to without cost, judgement, or pressure.
In this session, you’ll meet the people who specialise in supporting volunteers and employees. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer idea on:
As with most Brave Starts sessions, you will meet the Citizens Advice employees. You’ll be put into break outs so you can ask you own questions. The format is informal – this is your chance to meet and connect with one of the most engaging and human charities dealing directly with beneficiaries.
This is a fantastic chance to meet great people and to meet your fellow members also interested in non profit organisational roles.
