January is often the month we decide it’s time to look after ourselves a little more. To kick off 2026 with insight, motivation and real-world guidance, we’re delighted to welcome Laura and Shelley from The Gym Group for a practical, empowering session on Women’s Health at 45+.

In this friendly, evidence-based session, we’ll explore:

• Menopause:

What’s really happening in your body, how to recognise your symptoms, and the latest approaches to managing them with confidence.

• Pelvic Health:

From pelvic floor strength to common challenges women don’t always talk about — and why supporting this part of your health can be life-changing.

• Building Healthy Habits That Stick:

Because January motivation is great… but long-term wellbeing comes from habits that are achievable, realistic and personalised. Laura and Shelley will share simple strategies to help you look after your body and energy levels throughout midlife and beyond.

Whether you’re navigating physical changes, thinking about your long-term wellbeing, or simply want to kick off the new year with a thoughtful reset, this session is a chance to learn, ask questions, and connect with other women on the same path.

Open to all female Brave Starts members. No fitness experience required — just curiosity and a desire to feel good in 2026.
