​​3.00 – 4.30 Ideation workshop.  Recruitment and retention ideas

​​4.30 - 5.00 Evaluation and impact assessment of ideas.

​Previous attendees have included CEOs of small/medium sized organisations, MPs, DWP policy advisors, Chief People Officers, Heads of Diversity and Inclusion, Chief of Staff, Chief Operating Officers, HR Directors.

​We’ve had a range of organisations from large multinationals through to smaller non-profits. We need representation across size and sector of organisations.

​The main things you’ll get from attending:

• ​Insight into what other organisations are doing to prepare for an ageing workforce.
• ​Ideas on how to develop solutions for your own organisation.
• ​A chance to meet other senior leaders influential in their organisations.
• ​A chance to contribute to a wider debate and policy ideas on how to support this major social issue.
