Imposter Syndrome Workshop 1: Awareness

2:30 pm

4:00 pm
Zoom

Do you suffer from imposter syndrome? Imposter Syndrome is the feeling that, no matter how successful we are, we don’t believe it. This syndrome was discovered in the early 1970s and affects nearly 90% of professionals in the UK.

This training programme will lay bare the causes, how our inner critic is developed through our early life, and how it affects the way we think about ourselves.

You will be given some tried and tested methods to manage this syndrome and realise a calmer, more contented you.

This the first of a two-part workshop. The first should be completed before booking onto the second. There is also personal assessment to be complete before the first workshop.

In Workshop 1, we'll explore:

  • How to assess and identify imposter syndrome.
  • Its causes as well as its benefits and positive aspects.
