Hollis independent real estate consultants are recruiting for a full-time Head of Support Services and, in response to our thinking that traditional methods of recruitment are broken, we are inviting those who like the look of the role to come and meet the Chief People Officer and have a chat about the role and the wider organisation.

Melanie has over 27 years of HR experience and joined the Hollis team in 2008 where she is a Director leading their people and culture team.
She also sits on the Management Board and is responsible for all people-based activity across the UK and Europe, including people strategies, talent acquisition, learning and development, DEI, and CSR and early careers, all with the aim to ensure Hollis is an employer of choice.
