Since joining NEDonBoard in January 2018, Elise has supported hundreds of professionals at various stages of their career taking on non-executive and trustee roles. She has interviewed board members about their journey to the boardroom and performed research to identify strategies and construct a roadmap for aspiring non-executive directors to secure roles.

Elise’s background is in the financial services industry. She started her career with Goldman Sachs as a risk manager and evolved to become a Chief Credit Officer with Rothesay Life, an insurance spin-off of Goldman Sachs, a role through which she gained board and governance experience.
