Amazon has been leading specialist recruitment initiatives targeting ex-military and career returners, and now they are future-planning and building their vision for future talent recruitment and development.

Grant is a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Amazon, helping shape this vision. He’s coming to discuss opportunities within Amazon, as well as to discuss some ideas and hear your thoughts. This is an informal meeting.

By the end, we will have covered these questions:

  • Why is Amazon exploring how to build recruitment strategies for the 45+ career changer population?
  • What has Amazon done in terms of recruiting and developing people transitioning from different career backgrounds?
  • What is Amazon looking at doing, and what are current recruitment plans?
  • What opportunities are coming up that our members can target?
  • What is the best way to engage and ensure people can hear about opportunities that arise?
