The premise of this workshop is to bridge formal curriculum learning with employability-related learning so that people who attend can leverage the skills you already have to formulate your work plans going forward.
While the workshop offers some element of ‘practical’ career-search advice, its focus is primarily on the self-discovery of values and interests, and how to nurture and further develop these as part of ongoing career growth.
In short, you already have 90% of the skills you need to work in the green economy and sector. It’s less about waiting for a perfect job and more about taking steps now to make this happen.
