About Kieran Mander
Kieran Mander is an FCIPD-qualified HR leader with more than 20 years’ experience delivering strategic people solutions across international businesses in aviation, travel and tourism, financial services, gaming, energy, sports, retail and distribution. He has worked in both permanent and interim environments within complex, fast-paced matrix organisations, leading large-scale change and organisational development initiatives that drive measurable commercial impact.
Known for turning complex business objectives into engaging, people-focused strategies, Kieran brings deep expertise in change management, organisational design, reward and performance, talent management, learning and development, and HR strategy. His achievements include helping scale a commercial start-up from $24m to $1bn in three years, reducing attrition by over 30%, saving £3m annually through organisational design improvements, and delivering a global HRIS rollout to 4,500 employees across 86 countries.
Kieran is also the creator of Rate A Recruiter, a platform designed to foster greater trust and transparency in recruitment by enabling candidates and clients to share their experiences. Through this initiative and his broader HR leadership work, he is committed to improving candidate experience and enabling managers and employees to deliver meaningful, sustainable results.
