We were delighted to have Marina & Tom from Via charity come to meet with our members to discuss the variety of roles the charity is recruiting for.

If you're looking for a job that gives you a sense of purpose, find out about the Recovery Practitioner roles and what it's like to work at Via. The reason we were keen to invite Via to talk to members is:

- They’ve signed up to the Centre for Ageing Better pledge – meaning they are happy and will welcome applications from our demographic.

- They offer a high degree of job flexibility.

- Their salaries are upper quartile for the charity sector – ranging from £28,000 - £32,000

- Training will be provided IF you have the right values and are the right person so this is a genuine chance to move into something new, to learn something different whilst making a meaningful difference to people's lives.

- People who work at Via get a range of other benefits from time off for birthdays to a workplace culture which is supportive and friendly.

Most people working here are choosing to do so and that shows. In this meeting they talked about the charity, the roles and how to apply for them.
